$ Juan - 1999 AQHA all-around riding and driving gelding
Here’s a special gelding looking for a special home. Juan is truly worth his weight in gold; he is a pure soul with absolutely no larceny in him. He’d love to be that horse for someone who knows how to ride, but wants something that will take care of them in their later years in all their endeavors. Zero buck, big spook, zero BS. Juan had one owner from birth until his owner’s passing a few years ago. You’re probably not going to show this good guy anything that he hasn’t seen. He’s been to hundreds of brandings, rode thousands of miles in the mountains in rough terrain, we took him to the beach and he went right in the water no problem, Megan rides him bareback in a halter - been there, done that. He is handy broke and even pulls a cart! His owner would hitch him up and take the neighborhood kids to school with him every morning. After his owner’s passing he hadn’t been ridden at all, but when we got him in I tied him to the fence, saddled him, pulled the cinch into and stepped on - not a hump, not a bobble, nothing. This horse has been cherished his whole life and should continue to be so - you’re not going to find one like him very often. He is in great condition and yes, he’s a bit older - not quite old enough to drink yet 🥃 😂 (20), but he is sound with no maintenance. Super shaped feet, not a lump bump or scar on him. It doesn’t hurt that he’s easy on the eyes as well. If I was only going to have one horse keep around just to ride, he would be it. He is AQHA registered, 15hh, 1075lbs. We are asking 5️⃣k for him OBO.
