"Axle" aka Cruz My Nu Hotrod is an outstanding 5 year old dual-registered AQHA and APHA gelding. He sports an impressive set of papers that boasts names like Nu Chex To Cash and Zips Chocolate Chip - a perfect cross for an athletic, but gentle all-around horse and that's exactly what he is! He is a beautiful, super sweet guy who loves people. A really pretty mover and is very smooth to ride. He'll ride in a bridle, hackamore or snaffle. The perfect horse to cruise down the trail, enter some ranch versatility shows, sort some cows, do a little ranch work, make into a heel horse or who knows...the sky's the limit. He's handy broke and can move his feet, but not the kind to want to jump out from under someone. Axle had a reining foundation, but he likes to work cows too, has been ranch roped on some, ridden outside and could excel in a variety of directions. Unphased by much of anything...barking dogs, cars zooming by on the road, quads right up his butt; he walked right out into the ocean the first time we took him to the beach without so much as looking down (whereas most horses take some convincing). He's a very gentle guy who isn't broncy, reactive, spooky, cold-backed, etc and it doesn't hurt that he is just gorgeous to look at! No injuries or vices. He stands 14.2hh and weighs 1000lbs.
